It is not very normal to see a 14'' inch screen dedicated laptop running the android operating system. Usually in the past, we saw similar iterations. The difference is that these iterations were tablets connected to keyboard docks. This time HP presented some images on the net, of the first full fledged 14'' screen, android laptop called the HP Slatebook 14 that comes equipped with the Nvidia Tegra 4 or their latest SOC, the K1.
The HP 14 SlateBook will run Android 4.2.2 and it' ll be equipped with Nvidia Tegra 4 or K1 (possibly the Tegra 4) with 2GB Ram, 16GB of storage memory, 14" touchscreen with 1080p resolution , wifi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth. Currently many of its specifications like battery and weight are unknown (but apparently has an ultra slim one) as well as release date and final price.
Interesting device that presents us the future of an increasingly strong android laptop territory
