Google announced Android O

Google released a preview of Android O at March 21st. Android O is going to debut during upcoming May.

However, Google hopes to take advantage of the feedback between the company and its potential customers.

At first, Android O imposes automatic limits in three areas: implicit broadcasts, background services and location updates. This is for improving battery life and performance. It offers users the opportunity to group notifications by channels. This means that users can choose how every notification is displayed.

Also, Android O is more adaptable to devices which rely on keyboard and mouse inputs. Picture in Picture(PiP) is  another key feature. Its update allows users to watch a video on their screen while simultaneously using another app.
Finally, there is a new Autofill API, too that makes password managers easier to handle.

Android O preview is not yet available on beta program.
